beginners
how to start a run streak let's get it

tip number one make your gold attainable
when i started running every day my goal
was just to run ten minutes a day for
only two weeks
and two weeks was just enough for me to
not be afraid i didn't say i'm gonna run
every day for three years
or five years because that sounds scary
and then when you finish that
one week or that two weeks when i did i
felt like i want to keep going so make
it attainable
and enjoy that small goal that you think
that you can handle
tip number two do not put pressure on
yourself
about the time you gotta spend on
running the distance the pace
make the goal to just go run just go run
and enjoy
and then you will get a feel for it and
then you do what your body will allow
you to do
and you enjoy that part of running do
not put any pressure on yourself
just run tip number three
be experimental be open-minded
try different terrains the trails
roads track treadmill
just enjoy anything just give it a try
and you never know which one you'll fall
in love with and enjoy the most and you
stick to that
tip number four be easy on yourself
don't be harsh on yourself
it's okay if you fall off the street you
can come back and go right back into it
whenever you feel ready mentally
it's about the journey not just about a
goal

tip number five this is one of the most
important tips
for me is to celebrate celebrate because
you just
ran every day even if it's for three
days that's an accomplishment that's
something you've never done
enjoy celebrate with your friends your
family use that train hello good hashtag
so i will celebrate with you because
i'll see that you did it um celebrate
and always remember to reward yourself
go out have a nice little dinner or stay
home have a nice little dinner
get something get get a new pair of
running shoes that's a great way to
reward yourself if you can
because now you got something to use
again to continue or to do whatever you
want to do

celebrate because you deserve it
